The Individual Development Plan (IDP) system is currently in the planning and design phase. This interface demonstrates the proposed functionality for tracking development activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. Actual IDP implementation will commence following stakeholder approval and resource allocation. The learning journey activities visible in the system represent recommended development pathways based on assessment results.
